Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a light straw-yellow color. The nose is fresh and expressive, with aromas of ripe fruit and a clean, inviting lift. On the palate, it is full-flavoured and aromatic, with a pleasing mineral backbone, juicy fruit character, and a subtle touch of bitterness on the finish that adds length and structure. Enjoy it young for its brightest, most vibrant profile, though it should hold well over the short term.

Production
The vineyards are located in the province of Ascoli Piceno, among the rolling hills of Monteprandone, where the proximity of the Adriatic Sea and the influence of the Sibillini Mountains create a healthy, well-balanced microclimate. This environment supports ideal grape ripening and helps preserve freshness in the fruit. Winemaking includes a short skin maceration followed by fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats to maintain purity of aroma and a crisp, modern style.

Food & Serving
This wine works beautifully with seafood, shellfish, grilled fish, light pasta dishes, and fresh salads, as well as vegetable-based starters and mild cheeses. Serve chilled at around 8–10°C. Decanting is not necessary.
