Tasting Notes
Pale straw in the glass with a lively, persistent mousse, this Crémant shows delicate aromas of green apple, citrus zest, white flowers, and a subtle brioche note. On the palate it is crisp and refreshing, with clean acidity, fine texture, and a dry, balanced finish that makes it easy to enjoy on its own or with food. While meant for youthful drinking, it can hold for a short time and remain fresh over the near term.

Production
Crémant d’Alsace is produced in Alsace, where cool continental conditions and varied soils help preserve freshness and aromatic clarity. The grapes are typically harvested by hand and vinified using the traditional method, with a secondary fermentation in bottle to create its fine, elegant bubbles. The Brut style is finished dry, emphasizing purity, balance, and a lively expression of place.

Food & Serving
Serve well chilled, ideally at 6–8°C, and enjoy as an aperitif or with light dishes such as oysters, smoked salmon, seafood, sushi, goat cheese, or delicate poultry preparations. Decanting is not recommended; instead, open shortly before serving to preserve its freshness and sparkle.
