Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a bright, polished golden hue. The nose opens with inviting layers of pineapple, peach, nectarine, and honeydew melon, lifted by subtle notes of vanilla, butter, and a gentle citrus edge. The palate is round and generous, with ripe tropical and stone fruit at the core, yet the coastal freshness keeps it lively and balanced. Creamy texture and soft oak accents give the wine depth without overwhelming its fruit. It is enjoyable now for its immediate charm, but it can also hold for a few years as its creamy, integrated style develops further.

The fruit is sourced from vineyard parcels across California, with the main focus on Monterey County, where cool Pacific winds extend the growing season and help Chardonnay develop greater complexity. The region’s long ripening cycle allows the grapes to build ripe fruit character while retaining freshness and structure. Vinification is styled to highlight the variety’s balance of fruit, creaminess, and elegance, with oak influence adding spice, vanilla, and soft texture.

Food & Serving
Serve this Chardonnay chilled, ideally around 10–12°C. It pairs beautifully with roasted chicken, creamy pasta, grilled salmon, lobster, scallops, or rich vegetarian dishes such as mushroom risotto. Decanting is not necessary, though a short time in the glass will help the aromas open up.
