Tasting Notes

Production
Gravelly Ford sources grapes from carefully selected vineyards in cool-climate parts of California, where slow, even ripening helps preserve freshness and aromatic purity. The grapes are harvested at ideal maturity, then fermented for seven days in stainless steel tanks to keep the fruit expression clean and precise. The finished wine is matured in a combination of French and American oak barrels, adding rounded texture and notes of vanilla and sweet spice.

This Pinot Noir is a versatile match for roast chicken, duck, mushroom dishes, grilled vegetables, and lighter pork preparations. Serve slightly chilled, ideally at 14–16°C, and decanting is not necessary, though 15–20 minutes in the glass can help open up the aromas.
