Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a bright, polished appearance that hints at its lively personality. The nose is delicate yet appealing, with notes of white peach, rosemary honey, subtle tropical fruit, and Mediterranean herbs. On the palate, the wine is slender and vibrant, with refreshing acidity that gives shape and tension to the fruit. Production
The Chardonnay grapes come from hillside vineyards in Oltradige and Egna in Lower Adige, planted at 300 to 500 meters above sea level. The soils are mineral-rich and formed from glacial deposits, with volcanic porphyry stone and well-drained calcareous gravel contributing to the wine’s marked territorial identity. Harvesting is done by hand to preserve grape integrity, followed by gentle pressing and natural settling of the must. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, and the wine is then aged on its fine lees in steel to enhance texture and aromatic precision while keeping the varietal expression pure. The result is a vegan white wine with a taut, refined, and layered profile.

Food & Serving
This Chardonnay works beautifully as an elegant aperitif and is a natural match for raw shellfish, seafood risotto, white meats, and many Asian dishes. Serve it chilled at around 8–10°C to fully appreciate its freshness and aromatic detail. Decanting is not necessary; simply open and pour to enjoy its vibrant, precise character.
