The result is a wine rooted in regional heritage, crafted with a clear focus on authenticity and artisanal character.

Food & Serving
Serve well chilled at around 6-8°C to preserve its freshness and fine mousse. It works beautifully with charcuterie, light antipasti, seafood, fresh salads, and simple pasta dishes, and does not require decanting.
