Tasting Notes
In the glass, it typically shows a clear garnet hue with youthful transparency at the rim. The nose is layered and expressive, with aromas of red cherry, rose petals, dried herbs, licorice, spice, and earthy undertones that gradually unfold with air. On the palate, this is a precise and structured wine, combining fine tannins with bright acidity and a long, mineral-driven finish. The 2021 vintage suggests freshness and energy, with excellent aging potential; this is a Barolo that should develop beautifully over many years, gaining complexity, softness, and more pronounced savory notes with time.

Production
Sourced from Cannubi in Piedmont, a prized Barolo vineyard known for its harmonious balance of calcareous marl, sand, and clay, the wine benefits from a terroir that lends both finesse and depth. Nebbiolo grapes are traditionally harvested by hand at optimal ripeness, and vinification is carried out with careful maceration and controlled fermentation to preserve aromatic detail and varietal character, followed by aging in wood to build structure and integration.
