Crafted in the traditional method with a second fermentation in bottle, it combines elegance, freshness, and a finely persistent mousse in a style that reflects Franz Keller’s reputation for precision and quality.

Tasting Notes
Pale pink in the glass, this rosé shows a delicate and inviting appearance. The nose is bright and expressive, with fresh strawberry and raspberry alongside floral hints and a subtle mineral edge. On the palate, it is dry, lively, and well balanced, with crisp acidity carrying delicate red fruit flavors through to a clean, refreshing finish. Its elegant structure and freshness make it immediately appealing, while the Pinot Noir base gives it enough finesse to develop well over the near term.

Production
The wine comes from Pinot Noir vineyards in Kaiserstuhl, Baden, an area known for its warm climate, volcanic soils, and excellent conditions for premium sparkling wine production. Harvested with care to preserve freshness and acidity, the grapes are vinified using the traditional method, with the second fermentation taking place in the bottle to build finesse and a fine, lasting mousse.

Food & Serving
Serve well chilled at around 6–8°C, ideally without decanting. Franz Keller Petit Adler Rosé Brut is an excellent aperitif and pairs beautifully with smoked salmon, sushi, light seafood dishes, grilled prawns, fresh salads, or delicate poultry dishes.
