Production
The vineyards are located in Puglia, where warm Mediterranean conditions are balanced by cooling winds and strong day-to-night temperature shifts. Franco Di Filippo farms and vinifies with a traditional, low-intervention approach, using natural fermentation and partial aging in wood to preserve purity while adding depth and texture.
