Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a bright, lively mousse and a pale straw color with green reflections. The nose is delicate and expressive, offering notes of white flowers, crisp orchard fruit, citrus zest, and a subtle mineral edge. On the palate, it is dry, clean, and finely textured, with refreshing acidity and a polished, balanced finish. The wine’s finesse and vitality make it especially appealing in its youth, though it will hold its charm well over the short to medium term.

This Millesimato comes from Guia, one of the most historic and prized areas within Valdobbiadene, where the vines are cultivated according to long-standing local traditions. Food & Serving
Serve well chilled at around 6–8°C. It is an excellent match for antipasti, seafood, shellfish, light risottos, fresh cheeses, and delicate fried dishes, and can also be enjoyed on its own as an aperitif. Decanting is not recommended; simply open and serve to preserve its brightness and mousse.
