Tasting Notes
In the glass, it offers a refined red-fruited profile with a graceful, polished look typical of well-made Pinot Noir. The nose brings elegant vinous aromas layered with red berries and a subtle hint of smoky incense, adding depth and intrigue. On the palate, it turns more expressive, revealing a captivating blueberry character, a firm yet supple frame, and a touch of bitter chocolate. Sweet tannins and a faint note of grape skin give the wine extra texture, while its balance and structure suggest it can develop gracefully over the next few years.

Production
This wine comes from the hills around Panzano in Chianti, where the Tuscan terroir lends freshness, intensity and natural elegance to the Pinot Noir grapes. It is made from 100% Pinot Noir and aged for at least one year in used 500-liter tonneaux, followed by a minimum of six months in bottle, allowing the fruit and structure to integrate without overpowering oak influence.

A versatile red for the table, it pairs beautifully with roast poultry, duck, mushroom dishes, game birds and Tuscan-inspired cuisine. Serve slightly cool, around 16-18°C, and consider decanting for 20-30 minutes if you want to let the aromas open further.
