Tasting Notes
Pale and luminous in the glass, this rosé has the delicate hue you’d expect from Provence, with a polished, inviting appearance. The nose opens with notes of fresh strawberries, orange zest and white flowers, followed by a gentle mineral lift that hints at the nearby sea. On the palate, it is medium-bodied, crisp and beautifully balanced, with bright acidity carrying flavors of red berries, citrus peel and floral nuances. A light salty minerality adds extra complexity and freshness to the finish. Best enjoyed young for its vibrant fruit and tension, though it should hold well over the short to medium term.

Serve well chilled, ideally at 8–10°C, to highlight its freshness and aromatic detail. It pairs beautifully with grilled seafood, Mediterranean salads, fresh goat cheese, shellfish, sushi and light summer dishes; decanting is not necessary.
