Tasting Notes
Beautifully pale salmon in the glass, this rosé opens with an expressive nose of Mediterranean nectarine, white peach, orange zest, lavender and fresh summer flowers. On the palate, it is medium-bodied and beautifully focused, with a vibrant mix of stone fruit, white pepper and a subtle fennel note that brings extra dimension. A lively line of acidity keeps everything fresh and mouthwatering, while a saline, mineral finish gives the wine impressive length and a distinctly gastronomic feel. Drink now for its purity and energy, or cellar for a short period if you want the aromatic profile to gain a little more complexity.

Production
Confidentielle is Figuière’s top cuvée, made exclusively from fruit grown in the estate’s best organic vineyards in La Londe. The selected plots sit at altitudes of up to 660 meters, where schist and white quartz soils help preserve freshness and contribute a refined mineral character. The grapes are cooled immediately on arrival at the winery before being gently pressed in a pneumatic press, and the must is fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to protect the wine’s bright fruit and crisp profile.

Food & Serving
This is a true food rosé and shines alongside grilled tuna, seafood, light poultry, sushi or Mediterranean dishes with herbs and citrus. Serve chilled, ideally around 8-10°C, to highlight its freshness and mineral drive. Decanting is not necessary, but allowing the wine a few minutes in the glass will help its aromatic complexity open up.
