Tasting Notes
Pale and inviting in the glass, this rosé is all about brightness and delicacy rather than power. Expect lifted aromas of fresh red berries, floral notes, and a subtle mineral edge, with a palate that is crisp, lively, and smooth, offering a clean, refreshing finish. Its polished balance and easy-drinking profile make it especially appealing young, when its freshness and aromatic charm are at their most expressive. While not built for long cellaring, it is best enjoyed in its youthful vibrancy.

Production
San Greg is produced in the highest hills of Irpinia, reaching elevations of up to 700 meters, where cooler conditions help preserve freshness and aromatic precision. The wine comes from carefully selected vineyards and has been shaped over more than eight years of collaboration with consultant oenologist Valérie Lavigne, resulting in a precise, elegant style with excellent drinkability.

Food & Serving
Ideal as an aperitif, it also pairs beautifully with light Mediterranean dishes, seafood, shellfish, salads, cured meats, and soft cheeses. Serve chilled at around 8-10°C, and decanting is not necessary.
