Tasting Notes
In the glass, it typically shows a bright straw-yellow hue with lively reflections. On the palate, it is fresh, crisp, and balanced, with clean acidity and a sapid, saline edge that reflects its terroir. Production
The grapes come from vineyards planted in Campania, in the volcanic soils surrounding Vesuvius, where mineral-rich ground and Mediterranean influences create excellent conditions for white wine production. The harvest is typically carried out by hand to preserve grape quality, followed by careful vinification in stainless steel to maintain purity, freshness, and the wine’s natural aromatic character.

Food & Serving
This wine is an excellent match for seafood, shellfish, grilled fish, light pasta dishes, and fresh cheeses, especially dishes with lemon, herbs, or a touch of olive oil. Serve chilled at around 8–10°C; decanting is not necessary, and it is best enjoyed soon after opening to preserve its lively expression.
