Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a bright, pale straw color that hints at freshness and lift. The nose opens with lively aromas of pineapple and peach, backed by a fine mineral character that gives the wine its sense of definition and balance. On the palate, it is harmonious and refreshing, with crisp acidity carrying flavors of tropical fruit through to a long, intense finish. The wine already feels beautifully composed, but its balance and structure suggest it will continue to gain nuance over the next few years.

Production
This Riesling comes from four parcels around Orschwiller and Saint-Hippolyte in Alsace, where the vineyards benefit from limestone and schist soils that help shape the wine’s tension and mineral profile. The vines are farmed organically, and the grapes are harvested by hand to ensure only healthy fruit reaches the cellar. Vinification is carried out with a focus on preserving the grape’s natural purity, freshness, and aromatic precision.

Food & Serving
An excellent match for delicate fish dishes, shellfish, sushi, and lightly seasoned poultry, this Riesling also works beautifully with dishes that include fresh herbs or citrus. Serve well chilled, ideally around 8–10°C, and there is no need to decant.
