Pale straw in the glass with a fine, persistent mousse, it offers an elegant and restrained profile. On the palate, it is crisp and linear, with vibrant acidity, delicate orchard fruit, lemon peel, and a dry, savoury finish. Production
Alta Langa is one of Piemonte’s highest and coolest sparkling wine zones, where limestone-rich soils and altitude help preserve acidity and aromatic clarity. The grapes are typically harvested by hand at optimal ripeness, then vinified using the traditional method with secondary fermentation in bottle, which builds finesse and complexity through extended lees aging.

Food & Serving
This sparkling wine is a superb match for oysters, shellfish, sashimi, fried seafood, and light risottos, as well as soft cheeses and delicate antipasti. Serve well chilled at around 6–8°C, and decanting is not recommended; simply open shortly before serving to preserve its fine mousse and freshness.
