Tasting Notes
In the glass, it typically shows a delicate pink hue with a fine, persistent mousse. The nose is fresh and inviting, with notes of red berries, wild strawberries, pomegranate, and subtle floral hints, supported by a touch of brioche or lees complexity. On the palate, it is crisp and well-balanced, offering lively acidity, silky texture, and a clean mineral finish. The Pinot Noir brings both structure and fruit purity, while the Brut style keeps the wine dry, refreshing, and food-friendly. Production
Produced in Franciacorta, Lombardy, a region known for its glacial soils, cool climate, and ideal conditions for traditional-method sparkling wines. Pinot Noir is carefully selected to provide both color and structure, with harvest typically carried out by hand to preserve fruit integrity. The wine is made using the classic second fermentation in bottle, followed by ageing on the lees to build texture, finesse, and aromatic depth.

Food & Serving
Serve well chilled at around 6–8°C to preserve its freshness and fine bubbles. It pairs beautifully with delicate seafood, sushi, cured salmon, light risottos, fresh cheeses, and charcuterie, and also works well as an aperitif. Decanting is not recommended; simply open and serve to enjoy its brightness and mousse at their best.
