Tasting Notes
In the glass, it typically shows a bright straw-yellow color with a fine, persistent mousse. The nose is fresh and layered, with notes of green apple, citrus, white flowers, and subtle brioche or almond tones from time on lees. On the palate, it is lean, structured, and very dry, with vivid acidity and a clean mineral edge that keeps the wine feeling focused and energetic. The dosage-free style emphasizes purity and tension, giving it excellent versatility at the table. It is best enjoyed young for its freshness, though the structure and lees-derived complexity can allow it to develop gracefully over a few years.

Production
Produced in Lombardy’s Franciacorta zone, the wine benefits from the area’s morainic soils and temperate climate, which help preserve acidity and aromatic finesse in the grapes. Chardonnay and Pinot Noir are carefully harvested and vinified according to the traditional method, with secondary fermentation in bottle and extended lees aging to build texture and complexity. The Nature style is bottled with no dosage, leaving the finished wine completely dry and highlighting the character of the terroir.

Food & Serving
This wine is excellent with oysters, sushi, shellfish, crudo, and delicate fish dishes, but it also works well with tempura, white meats, or aged hard cheeses. Serve well chilled, ideally around 6–8°C, and consider a short decant only if the bottle seems tightly closed, though it is usually best poured straight from the bottle to preserve freshness and mousse.
