Tasting Notes
In the glass, it typically shows a medium ruby colour with youthful brilliance. The nose is inviting and fruit-forward, with notes of red cherry, plum, blackberry, and subtle floral or herbal nuances, all framed by a clean, mineral edge typical of Alto Adige. On the palate, expect a smooth, medium-bodied Merlot with supple tannins, fresh acidity, and a refined balance between juicy fruit and elegant structure. It is approachable in its youth, yet can gain a little more complexity over the next few years if cellared carefully.

Sourced from Alto Adige vineyards in Trentino-Alto Adige, the wine benefits from the area’s cool alpine climate, warm days, and significant diurnal shifts, which help preserve freshness and aromatic clarity. The grapes are typically harvested by hand at optimal ripeness, then vinified in a way that highlights purity of fruit and varietal character, with careful temperature control during fermentation and gentle extraction.
