Tasting Notes
In the glass, this Malbec shows a deep, vivid color that hints at its concentration and richness. The nose opens with ripe dark berries, plum, and blackberry, layered with spice, vanilla, and a subtle mineral edge. On the palate, it is clean, full-bodied, and structured, with juicy fruit framed by clearly defined, mature tannins. The finish is long and balanced, with enough freshness to keep the wine lively, and it should develop beautifully over the coming years.

Production
Sourced from Mendoza, at the foot of the Andes in Argentina’s most important wine region, this wine reflects a terroir shaped by altitude, dry conditions, and strong sunlight. These factors help produce grapes with ripe fruit character, freshness, and natural concentration. The fruit is vinified to preserve purity and structure, with careful extraction and oak use to enhance complexity without overpowering the wine’s core character.

Food & Serving
This Malbec pairs especially well with grilled steak, lamb, beef short ribs, and richly seasoned dishes, as well as mushroom-based plates and hard aged cheeses. Serve at 16–18°C, and consider decanting for 30–60 minutes to allow the wine’s aromatics and texture to fully open.
