Production
Duhart-Milon is sourced from vineyards in Pauillac, on Bordeaux’s Left Bank, where gravelly soils over limestone and clay help Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot achieve depth, freshness, and classic structure. Grapes are typically harvested parcel by parcel at optimal ripeness, then vinified with careful extraction to preserve purity of fruit and terroir expression before maturation in oak barrels.

This wine pairs beautifully with lamb, ribeye steak, roast duck, game birds, and dishes with mushrooms or truffle. Serve at 16–18°C and consider decanting for 1–2 hours if opening young, to allow the aromas and tannins to open fully.
