Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a bright straw-yellow color that hints at its freshness and finesse. The nose opens with clear aromas of white melon and Kaiser pear, followed by delicate floral notes of wildflowers and a subtle balsamic touch that adds complexity and lift. On the palate, it is dry and warm, with an elegant interplay of softness and vibrant acidity. The finish is pleasantly bitter, giving the wine definition and length, while also making it especially food-friendly. An excellent match for seafood, shellfish, grilled fish, risotto, light poultry dishes, and vegetable-based starters. Serve chilled at around 8–10°C to bring out its aromatic clarity and freshness. Decanting is not necessary.
