Domaine Tortochot works with 100% Pinot Noir from brown limestone soils, a terroir that lends both firmness and nuance to the wine. The estate follows a style that is intentionally traditional for Gevrey-Chambertin, aiming to let the character of the vineyard speak clearly through ripe fruit, structure, and tension.

Food & Serving
This wine is an excellent match for grilled meats, from richer barbecue dishes to simpler preparations with good seasoning. It also pairs beautifully with both robust and more delicate game dishes. Serve at around 16-18°C, and decant for 30 minutes to 2 hours before serving to help the wine open fully.
