Les Murgers des Dents de Chien is a high-elevation Premier Cru site in eastern Saint-Aubin, close to the border of Puligny-Montrachet and just a stone’s throw from Montrachet Grand Cru. Its cooler exposure helps preserve freshness and precision, while the exceptional neighboring terroir adds serious complexity and depth. The wine was aged for 18 months in barrique oak barrels, including 20% new oak, which adds subtle texture and spice without overpowering the wine’s pure fruit character.
