Tasting Notes
Pale straw in the glass, this Bourgogne Blanc shows a bright, refined profile with subtle floral lift and a distinctly mineral edge. The nose leans toward citrus, green apple, white peach, and a gentle touch of hazelnut and свеж? no. The palate is clean and focused, with lively freshness, silky texture, and a long, saline finish that speaks clearly of Burgundy’s limestone soils. This is a wine that can be enjoyed for its youthful clarity, but it also has the balance to develop gracefully over the next several years. With time, expect greater depth, more complex nutty notes, and an even more layered mineral character.

Produced from carefully selected Chardonnay vineyards in Burgundy, the wine reflects Domaine Roulot’s strong commitment to sustainable viticulture and respect for terroir. The estate’s vineyards have been converted to organic farming, with biodynamic ideas also influencing the work in the vines. Harvesting is carried out with great attention to quality, and vinification is handled in a way that preserves purity, finesse, and the natural expression of the fruit and soil.

Food & Serving
This wine is an excellent match for seafood, shellfish, poached fish, roast chicken, creamy white sauces, and refined vegetarian dishes such as asparagus risotto or mushroom tart. Serve it chilled, ideally around 10–12°C, to preserve its freshness and aromatic precision. Decanting is generally not necessary, though a short aeration can help open the wine if served very young.

Domaine Roulot has been in the Roulot family since 1830 and is now led by Jean-Marc Roulot, who joined the estate in 1989 alongside his sister Michelle. Under their direction, the domaine has risen to the very top of Meursault, gaining a reputation for producing some of the region’s most respected white wines. With only 15 hectares and a small production that sells quickly, Domaine Roulot is celebrated for its purity, finesse, and exemplary expression of Burgundy’s terroir.
