Production
Produced in Jura, a cool-climate region known for its unique terroir and traditional white wine styles, this cuvée blends 70% Chardonnay aged for three years ouillé, meaning the barrels were topped up to prevent flor, with 30% Savagnin aged sous voile for three years under flor. This dual approach creates a wine that combines pure fruit expression with the region’s signature nutty, salty, and gently oxidative notes.

Food & Serving
This wine is made for Comté, but it also shines with other aged mountain cheeses, umami-rich dishes, roast poultry, mushroom-based recipes, and lightly creamy sauces. Serve it at around 14°C, and decanting is not necessary unless you want to open up its savory aromatics a little more before serving.
