Tasting Notes

Production
The grapes come from plainside vineyard parcels near Nuits-Saint-Georges, where clay, silt, limestone, and touches of flint create a balanced terroir with freshness and gentle structure. The vines are 30 to 35 years old, bringing added ripeness and aromatic depth to the blend. Winemaking is deliberately gentle, with a short cold maceration and limited extraction to preserve the wine’s bright fruit character. After fermentation, it is aged for 10 to 12 months in stainless steel tanks, reinforcing the wine’s clean, unoaked, and immediate style.

Food & Serving
This wine is excellent served lightly chilled with charcuterie, grilled dishes, salads, and relaxed everyday meals. Aim for a serving temperature of around 14–16°C; decanting is not necessary.
