Tasting Notes

Production
Made from 100% Chardonnay grown in the Côte d'Or, this wine reflects Burgundy’s limestone- and clay-rich soils, which lend both structure and a distinct mineral signature. The 2021 growing season was marked by spring frost and reduced yields, but the smaller crop produced grapes of excellent concentration and balance. Vinification is handled with the careful, traditional approach associated with the domaine, allowing the character of the terroir to remain at the forefront.

Food & Serving
This is a versatile white Burgundy that pairs especially well with roast chicken, poached salmon, seafood, shellfish, creamy pasta dishes, and mild soft cheeses. Serve chilled at around 10–12°C to preserve its freshness and aromatic detail. Decanting is not necessary, though a short aeration can help it open up if enjoyed young.
