Tasting Notes
In the glass, this white Burgundy shows a bright, luminous appearance that hints at its freshness and concentration. The nose opens with acacia blossom and a lifted mix of exotic fruit, especially melon and pineapple, giving the wine an inviting and slightly tropical profile. On the palate, that richness is balanced by a refreshing thread of acidity, a subtle bitter note, and clear mineral tension. The finish is long and savoury, with a saline touch and hints of white pepper. It has the balance and structure to develop nicely over the next few years, though it is already highly appealing now.

Les Caudroyes comes from Mercurey in Burgundy, where warm growing conditions help Chardonnay achieve ripe, expressive fruit, while the limestone-dominated terroir contributes freshness, lift, and mineral definition. Food & Serving
This is an excellent food wine, and its combination of body, acidity, and saline finish makes it especially versatile at the table. It pairs wonderfully with baked cod, pan-roasted chicken, and mild creamy cheeses. Serve it well chilled, ideally around 10–12°C, and decanting is not necessary.
