Production
The wine comes from Domaine Hubert Beck’s vineyards around Dambach-la-Ville in northern Alsace, an area known for its excellent Riesling sites and distinctive terroir. The estate has around 35 hectares of vineyards, and the fruit is vinified in a modern chai built in 1997, using temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks to preserve freshness, precision, and aromatic clarity.

Food & Serving
This Riesling pairs beautifully with oysters, shellfish, sushi, grilled white fish, and lighter poultry dishes, as well as classic Alsatian cuisine. Serve chilled at around 8–10°C, and decanting is generally not necessary unless you want to let it open up for a short while in the glass.
