Production
The estate is located in Bué, in the southern part of the Sancerre appellation, where the combination of Loire Valley limestone and clay soils helps shape wines with tension, finesse, and aromatic precision. Nicolas Millet, representing the family’s ninth generation, began working at the domaine in 2008 and oversees both Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Noir plantings. This wine was matured for 12 months in stainless steel tanks and French oak barrels, combining purity with subtle complexity.

Food & Serving
Serve this wine with roasted poultry, duck breast, mushroom dishes, or charcuterie, as well as lightly seasoned game and soft cheeses. It is best enjoyed slightly cool, around 14–16°C, and can be served without decanting, though a brief aeration may help the aromas open up in the glass.
