Tasting Notes
In the glass, the wine shows a brilliant golden hue that hints at its richness and depth. The nose opens with ripe apple and pear, layered with subtle citrus notes and a refined mineral edge. On the palate, it is generous and creamy, yet lifted by well-integrated acidity that keeps the wine beautifully balanced and vibrant. The chalky limestone character of the site gives the wine a clear sense of tension and length, adding finesse to the ripe fruit profile. While already expressive in its youth, it should also age gracefully over the coming years, gaining extra complexity and texture.
