Domaine Faury Côte-Rôtie Réviniscence 2019 is a finely crafted expression of one of the Rhône Valley’s most prized appellations, combining 92% Syrah with a touch of Viognier for added fragrance and finesse. From steep south-facing slopes in Côte-Rôtie, it captures both power and elegance, with a style that reflects the historic prestige of this celebrated hillside terroir.

Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a beautiful deep ruby hue. The nose is layered and expressive, with aromas of red and black fruits lifted by floral notes of violet and a refined sense of spice. On the palate, it is juicy, elegant, and precise, with a clean, long, and subtle finish that underlines its balance and poise. Thanks to its structure and concentration, it should evolve gracefully over the years, gaining further complexity with bottle age.

Production
The grapes come from steep, south-facing vineyard parcels in Côte-Rôtie, where the exposed slopes help produce wines of intensity, freshness, and aromatic detail. The different parcels are vinified and aged separately to preserve the individuality of each terroir, before the wine spends 18 to 20 months in maturation.

Food & Serving
This Côte-Rôtie pairs beautifully with roasted lamb, duck, venison, game birds, or rich mushroom dishes. Serve it at around 16–18°C and consider decanting for an hour or two if drinking young, to help the aromatics open fully.
