Production
This wine is made from Chardonnay grown on multiple parcels in the Côte de Nuits, where chalky clay soils contribute freshness and a mineral backbone. The grapes are hand-harvested, then gently pressed before fermentation in oak barrels, including a small proportion of new oak to add subtle complexity and texture while preserving purity of fruit.
