Tasting Notes
The 2019 vintage shows a deep, dark ruby core with a vibrant, polished sheen. Aromatically, it is wonderfully expressive, opening with ripe red and black fruits, Provençal herbs, cracked pepper, violets, and the warm, sun-drenched spice character typical of Châteauneuf-du-Pape. On the palate, the wine is powerful and full-bodied yet notably refined, with silky tannins, impressive concentration, and a striking sense of balance. The finish is long, layered, and fresh, giving the wine both immediate appeal and serious aging potential. It will benefit from 4–5 years in bottle and, with proper cellaring, should continue to evolve beautifully for up to 30 years.

Production
This cuvée comes from the renowned Châteauneuf-du-Pape appellation in the Southern Rhône, where stony soils and a warm Mediterranean climate help produce intensely flavored, structured reds. The blend is led by Grenache at around 65%, supported by Syrah and other regional varieties; only about 30% of the fruit was destemmed, and the wine was matured in demi-muids to preserve purity, texture, and aromatic detail.

Food & Serving
This is an excellent match for rich, flavorful dishes such as roasted lamb, duck, game, beef daube, or herb-crusted meats, as well as slow-cooked Provençal cuisine. Serve at around 16–18°C and consider decanting for 1–2 hours, especially in its youth, to allow the aromatics and structure to fully open.
