Tasting Notes
The wine opens with vivid aromas of juicy red and black berries, cracked pepper, leather, and savory garrigue. On the palate it is medium-bodied and focused, with a refined, elegant texture, ripe polished tannins, and remarkable length. The finish is lifted and balanced, with the freshness and clarity that suggest excellent aging potential; this 2023 should evolve gracefully for 15–20 years in a cool cellar. Its overall profile is more about harmony and detail than sheer mass, offering a layered expression of Châteauneuf-du-Pape that is both accessible in youth and built for development.

Production
The 2023 blend is made from 65% Grenache, 20% Syrah, 10% Mourvèdre, and 5% Cinsault. The fruit was partially destemmed and aged for 12 months in 80% foudre and 20% used barrels, a regimen that preserves freshness and terroir expression while gently rounding the structure. Production was very limited at around 2,083 cases.

Food & Serving
This is a superb match for roasted lamb, duck, game birds, grilled beef, braised short ribs, or Provençal dishes with herbs and olives. Serve at around 16–18°C, and decant for 1–2 hours if opening young to let the wine fully раскрыve its aromatics and texture.
