Tasting Notes
In the glass, this wine shows the graceful transparency typical of fine Vosne-Romanée Pinot Noir, with a bright, polished red-fruit profile. The nose is layered and inviting, opening with cherry, raspberry, and wild strawberry, then evolving toward earthy, smoky nuances and subtle oak as it breathes. On the palate, it is refined and well structured, with a seamless balance of fresh acidity, fine tannins, and concentrated fruit. The finish is elegant and persistent, suggesting very good ageing potential, where its floral and mineral qualities should gain even more complexity over time.

The vines are spread across a mosaic of highly prized Burgundy parcels in and around Vosne-Romanée, an area celebrated for its exceptional limestone-rich terroir. This includes sites on the same soils as some of the region’s most famous neighbors, contributing to the wine’s precision and sense of place. The estate is known for crafting wines that are direct, clean, and faithful to the vineyard, with careful vinification aimed at preserving freshness, detail, and terroir expression.

Food & Serving
This is an excellent match for roast duck, game birds, veal, mushroom dishes, or simply a well-prepared roast chicken. Serve at around 15–16°C for the best expression of aroma and texture. Decanting for 30–60 minutes is recommended if opened young, especially to allow the wine’s more restrained aromatics to unfold.
