Produced from 100% Pinot Noir in parcels shared with some of Burgundy’s most celebrated names, it offers a pure and uncompromising expression of Echezeaux with both immediacy and class.

Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows the elegance expected of a top Echezeaux: a vibrant ruby core with subtle depth and brightness. The nose is layered and complex, unfolding with red and dark fruits alongside notes of clove, sage and liquorice, giving the wine a refined spicy dimension. On the palate, the wine opens softly before building into impressive fruit intensity, backed by a beautifully structured frame. The acidity and tannins are already well integrated, giving balance, freshness and length. While it can be enjoyed for its current charm, it has the structure and concentration to age gracefully for many years.

The vines are rooted in some of Burgundy’s most valuable parcels in Echezeaux, with terroirs that share a closely prized geological identity with neighbouring grand cru sites. Food & Serving
This wine pairs beautifully with refined dishes such as roasted duck, pigeon, veal, wild mushroom risotto or game birds with a delicate sauce. Serve at around 16–18°C, and consider decanting for about 1 hour if opening young, to allow the aromatics and structure to fully unfold.
