Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a bright, inviting ruby color. The nose opens with fresh red-fruit aromas, layered with earthy and spicy nuances that add complexity without overpowering the wine’s graceful profile. On the palate, the wine is elegant and finely balanced, with a supple structure and lively fruit at the core. It has the refined, terroir-driven character Burgundy lovers appreciate, and while it is very enjoyable now, it should also hold up well over the next few years as it gains subtle nuance.
