Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a beautiful golden color with copper-toned highlights. The nose is intense and complex, with ripe apricot, honey, and warm spice leading the way. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and generous, with notes of peach, honey, and nuts wrapped in a soft, creamy texture. It is drinking beautifully now, but still has the structure and concentration to evolve further in bottle over the next few years.

Production
The grapes come from a carefully selected parcel in Alsace and were harvested at optimal ripeness to preserve richness and balance. After gentle pressing, fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks before the wine was matured for 12 months in oak barrels, adding depth, texture, and extra complexity to the finished wine.

Food & Serving
This Pinot Gris is an excellent match for rich fish dishes, poultry, and mature cheeses. Serve it slightly chilled, ideally around 10–12°C, and consider decanting briefly if you want to open up its aromatics and creamy texture.
