The nose opens with fresh orchard fruits—green apple, pear and a touch of white peach—layered with citrus zest, white flowers and a subtle hint of brioche from its longer lees contact in tank. On the palate, it is dry, crisp and refreshing, with a well-balanced structure. Chardonnay brings tension and citrus-driven acidity, Pinot Noir adds red-fruited delicacy and texture, while a touch of Merlot lends roundness and softness to the mid-palate. Charme Spumante Brut is produced in Switzerland, where cool Alpine-influenced conditions and well-drained soils help retain acidity and aromatic clarity in the grapes. Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Merlot are harvested at optimal ripeness to ensure freshness rather than power, then gently pressed to preserve delicacy and purity. The base wines are blended and undergo a secondary fermentation using the long Charmat method, where the wine matures on its lees in pressurized stainless-steel tanks for an extended period. This prolonged tank aging refines the bubbles, enhances texture and adds subtle complexity while keeping the style bright, fruity and vibrant.
