The discontinuous steam distillation method, developed specifically for grape distillation, helps preserve the grapes’ natural aromatic intensity and freshness.

Best served lightly chilled, Crude Primo Mosto Distillato Uva is excellent as a digestif after a meal or alongside delicate desserts such as almond cake, fruit tarts, or pastries with citrus notes. It can also be enjoyed on its own in a small tulip-shaped glass. Decanting is not necessary.
