Harvest is typically carried out with great care parcel by parcel, allowing the estate to pick at optimal ripeness and preserve the character of each plot. Vinification is handled with a focus on detail and precision, aiming to retain purity of fruit, lift, and the estate’s signature silky texture.

Food & Serving
This is an excellent match for roast lamb, duck breast, beef tenderloin, veal, and dishes with earthy components such as mushrooms or truffle. Serve at around 16–18°C. Decanting is recommended if opened young, ideally for 1–2 hours, to allow the wine to fully open and show its aromatic complexity.
