Crafted as an organic Riserva and aged extensively in oak and bottle, it captures the depth, structure, and elegance that have made Brunello di Montalcino one of Italy’s most celebrated fine wines.

Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows an intense ruby-red colour with subtle garnet reflections, hinting at its development and seriousness. The bouquet is layered and refined, with concentrated red cherry and dark berry fruit lifted by oak spice, dried herbs, and earthy, savoury nuances. On the palate, the wine is powerful yet composed, with vibrant acidity carrying a dense core of ripe fruit and firm, polished tannins. Its long ageing brings impressive complexity and balance, and while it is already expressive, it has excellent cellaring potential and should continue to evolve beautifully over many years.

Production
Produced from 100% Sangiovese in the Montalcino zone of Tuscany, this wine reflects a classic terroir shaped by altitude, well-drained soils, and the area’s sunny, ventilated climate. The grapes are harvested with careful selection, and vinification is followed by an extended maturation period of four years in Allier and Slavonian oak casks, then two years in bottle, allowing the wine to gain structure, nuance, and harmony.

Food & Serving
This is a superb match for rich Tuscan dishes such as bistecca alla Fiorentina, braised beef, game, roasted lamb, and slow-cooked ragù. It is best served at 16–18°C, and decanting for at least one to two hours is recommended to let the wine fully open and reveal its aromatic complexity.
