On the palate, it is full-bodied yet refined, with generous ripe fruit, polished tannins, and a long, harmonious finish. The Grenache brings richness and warmth, while Mourvèdre and Syrah contribute structure, freshness, and savory complexity. It should age beautifully, developing more tertiary notes of leather, truffle, dried herbs, and tobacco with time in bottle.

Production
Produced in Châteauneuf-du-Pape in the southern Rhône, the wine benefits from a terroir of galets roulés, sand, clay, and sun-drenched vineyards that help fully ripen the grapes while preserving character. The grapes are typically harvested by hand, with careful selection to ensure only healthy fruit is used. Vinification is carried out with a focus on preserving purity, balance, and the individuality of each parcel before blending into the final cuvée.

Food & Serving
This is an excellent match for roast lamb, beef tenderloin, game, duck, and Provençal dishes with herbs and olive oil. It also works well with mushroom-based dishes and aged hard cheeses. Serve at around 16–18°C, and decant for 1–2 hours if drinking young to allow the wine to open fully.
