Christmann & Kauffmann Cuvée No. 205 Brut Nature is a finely crafted German sparkling wine from the Pfalz, made from Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Blanc. Produced in very limited quantities, it reflects the precision and Burgundian style that have made Sekt from this estate so sought after, with a dry, elegant profile that places terroir and finesse front and center.

Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a delicate golden hue. The nose is led by ripe quince, layered with subtle spice, brioche, and a hint of apple skin that adds freshness and depth. On the palate, the wine is focused and textural, with a savory herbal-spice character and a fine mousse that integrates beautifully into the structure. A saline finish brings lift and clarity, emphasizing its precise mineral core. The finish is long, balanced, and elegant, with good potential to develop further complexity over time.
