Tasting Notes
Deep and inviting in the glass, this 2015 shows a dark ruby core with impressive concentration. The nose opens with black cherry, ripe plum, graphite, and cedar, layered with subtle earthy and mineral nuances that reflect its classic Right Bank character. On the palate, the wine is rich yet refined, with a dense, silky texture, polished tannins, and a long finish that carries freshness and chalky energy. The blend of Merlot and Cabernet Franc gives it both generosity and definition, and while it is already harmonious, it should continue to develop gracefully over the coming years.

Production
The vineyards lie on the limestone plateau west of Saint-Émilion, where the chalk-rich soils lend the wine its distinct mineral edge and sense of finesse. The estate is farmed with sustainable respect for the land and vines, and the grapes are harvested by hand before being vinified parcel by parcel in small vats. The wine is then matured in French barriques, with a moderate proportion of new oak, to preserve the natural balance between fruit, acidity, and structure.

Food & Serving
This is a superb match for roast lamb, beef fillet, duck breast, game birds, and dishes with mushrooms or truffle. Serve at around 16–18°C, and consider decanting for 1–2 hours if drinking young to allow the wine to fully раскрыte its aroma and texture.
