Tasting Notes
In the glass, the wine shows a deep ruby color that hints at its concentration and class. The nose is inviting and expressive, with aromas of ripe blackcurrant, cherry, vanilla, and a subtle touch of mocha. On the palate, it unfolds with impressive balance: lush, ripe fruit is framed by silky tannins, excellent freshness, and a long, refined finish. Production
Produced from Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Cabernet Franc in the southern part of Pauillac, close to the Saint-Julien border, the wine reflects a terroir that brings together Pauillac’s classic structure with a more supple, elegant profile. The vintage benefits from careful vineyard work and precise winemaking aimed at preserving freshness, purity of fruit, and the finesse that defines the estate.

Food & Serving
This is a superb match for classic Bordeaux fare such as roast lamb, beef tenderloin, entrecôte, duck, or dishes with wild mushrooms and truffle. Serve at around 16–18°C, and if drinking young, decant for 1–2 hours to allow the wine to fully open and reveal its layers.
