Vinification follows traditional left-bank Bordeaux methods: temperature-controlled fermentation to preserve fruit purity, gentle extraction to respect tannin finesse, and maturation in French oak barrels (often including a proportion of new oak) to add subtle spice and polish while allowing the character of the Saint-Julien terroir to shine.
